Svip Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and svip ("Platform", "We"). This document applies to all users who access or use the svip platform, including via the official website at svip.sx, mobile app, or any other official SVIP channel.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the latest version. svip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice; however, all significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy svip, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and svip.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the svip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions in your jurisdiction regarding participation in online entertainment activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other person.
• Not in possession of a svip account that has been previously suspended, frozen, or terminated.

Svip reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm your eligibility. The identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal, and required documents include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one svip account. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Notifying SVIP immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever there are changes.

Svip is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4Deposits and Payments

Svip accepts deposits via payment methods available on the platform at any given time, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto transactions which are converted at the prevailing rate.

Minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit is subject to the limits set for each payment method and your account tier.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Svip does not accept deposits from third parties or the use of another person's bank account.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable except in technically verified cases confirmed by the SVIP team.
• Svip reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit that is deemed suspicious or does not comply with our policies.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed the full KYC verification process.
• Any wagering requirement (wagering requirement) related to the bonus have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.

Svip processes approved withdrawals within less than 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. In cases where additional security checks are required, the processing time may take up to 24 business hours.

Svip reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, including recent bank statements and proof of source of funds. This is a standard security measure to protect the interests of all members.

6Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by svip are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before the associated wins can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per offer, unless otherwise stated.
• Svip reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Some bonuses are only available for specific games and cannot be used across all game categories.

7Games and Rules

All games available on the svip platform use a random number generator (Random Number Generator – RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. The return-to-player (RTP) value for each game is publicly disclosed on the respective game page.

By using SVIP's gaming services, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of every game is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• Any technical failure during gameplay may result in the affected round being voided and the bet returned.
• Game results recorded by SVIP's servers are final and override any visual display on your device in the event of a discrepancy.
• You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection is stable while playing.

Svip is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions to the user's internet connection, device failure, or circumstances beyond svip's control.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Fraud and forgery – providing false information during registration, KYC, or when dealing with svip.
• Bug exploitation – deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the svip system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion – colluding secretly with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Use of automated software – using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play without genuine human presence.
• Threats and harassment – threatening or harassing svip staff or other players in any form.
• Bonus abuse – claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, sharing payment card details, or any method intended to exploit promotional offers.

Svip reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary against any individual involved in criminal activity using our platform.

9Account Closure

You may close your SVIP account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, you must ensure there are no active bonus wagering requirements, and all valid withdrawals will be processed first.

Svip reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities.
• Upon a self-exclusion request submitted by the member.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, SVIP reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance as compensation, subject to individual case assessment.

11Liability Limits

Svip is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
• Indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages incurred by users.
• Any damage to the user's device or software resulting from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third parties involved in payment processing.

In all cases, SVIP's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

12Terms Amendment

Svip reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly stated.

For material amendments — those that significantly affect the rights or obligations of members — svip will provide at least 7 days prior such amendments take effect via registered email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
